You will receive a friendly welcome at the Cam Guest House.
We have been established for over 30 years.

We are only a short walk (15 minutes) away from the city centre)
and 5 minutes from the Grafton shopping centre.
There is a convenience store and petrol station
(small supermarket) opposite the Guest House.

The Cam Guest House has been rated with a
4  Stars Classification by the
English Tourist Board.
